Returns and Exchanges

A shopping experience as fun and fuss-free as ours should have a return policy to match.

We offer a 10-day from delivery, no-hassle return or exchange policy.

Any return requests after 10 days will be subject to our approval, and will be eligible for store credit only.

Items must be new and unused with all tags attached. Any open or used product opened will not be available for return.

If the return is due to an issue on our end such as a manufacture defect, we will either send you a return label or refund you for return shipping fees.

Otherwise, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

International customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping charge. 

International customers are also responsible to pay in VAT, Import duties, or any other fees their country charges to import product. 

HOW TO SET UP A RETURN

  1. Be sure your item is in new, unused condition with all tags still on. If it is a vinyl record it must still be sealed.
  2. Email manager@getthriftyprovo.com, let us know you are sending your item(s) back and your order #. If you want a new item please be sure to include that new items SKU (found in item description) in this email.
  3. Please mail all items back to us at the address below, be sure to include a note with your order # in the package. Also include the item you wish to be sent if it's an exchange.
  4. Once the item(s) are received and inspected we will issue a refund or ship your new item (exchanges).
