Provo's Vintage Groove — SMS Communications Policy

Provo's Vintage Groove is a DBA of Get Thrifty LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This page describes how we use text messages (SMS) to communicate with customers who have opted in to receive them.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you'll receive transactional and customer-care SMS related to your interactions with Provo's Vintage Groove, including:

- Loyalty program enrollment confirmation
- Loyalty points earned on purchases
- Reward redemption notifications
- Special order pickup notifications
- Order shipping and tracking updates
- Back-in-stock alerts for items you've requested

We do **not** send promotional or marketing blasts through this number.

How to opt in

You can opt in to receive SMS in any of the following ways:

1. In person at our register. Tell our cashier you'd like to join the rewards program. We will provide your phone number to our point-of-sale system only after you give verbal consent. Signage at our register discloses message types, frequency, and these terms.
2. Online. Visit `provosvintagegroove.com` and submit your phone number through our rewards signup form, then reply *YES* to the confirmation text.
3. By texting *START* or *YES* to our SMS number after a prior interaction.

Consent is **not** a condition of purchase. You can shop with us, buy records, and join our loyalty program without receiving any text messages.

Message frequency

You will typically receive **2–6 messages per month**, driven by your purchases and account activity. Frequency may vary.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.** Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages. We do not charge a separate fee.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying with any of:

*STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE*

After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further texts unless you re-subscribe by replying

*START*

Reply *HELP* or *INFO* to any message and you'll receive instructions on how to reach our customer service team, plus a reminder of how to opt out.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to send the message types listed above. We do **not** sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes. Carriers and disclaimers

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service may be temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
