PRE ORDER: Memorial Hall - Clayton Linthicum (CD)

Clayton Linthicum and Quinn Bachand join forces for their debut album, Memorial Hall, an exploration of reimagined cowboy ballads, Québécois harmonica reels, Métis fiddle tunes, Acadian country music, and more. Living in rural Saskatchewan, Clayton has earned millions of online streams, shared stages with Wilco, Ray LaMontagne, and The Decemberists, and performed on NPR's Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, KEXP, and Jam in the Van. Producer and multi-instrumentalist Quinn Bachand appeared on Jeremy Kittel's GRAMMY-nominated album Chrysalis and has accompanied the legendary Natalie MacMaster. He is nominee of both the Canadian Folk Music Awards and the Western Canadian Music Awards, as well as winner of an Irish Music Award and an Independent Music Award. The album's songs originate from communities across the continent-Quebec, New Brunswick, the Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Wyoming, and beyond. The cover artwork, painted by celebrated Saskatchewan artist David Thauberger, evokes the local community halls that have kept the spirit of grassroots music alive for generations.
