PRE ORDER: Trio Lobkowitz Wien - Trio Lobkowitz Wien (CD)

The discovery of the score for Johann Joseph Rosler's Serenade for Piano, Flute, and Viola and especially the fact that this composer was in the service of Franz Joseph Maximilian von Lobkowitz at the beginning of the 19th century marked the ensemble's inception and their naming 'Trio Lobkowitz Wien', consisting of Wally Hase, flute, Robert Bauerstatter, viola, and Srebra Gelleva, piano. In addition to the afforementioned serenade, the Fantasy for Flute and Piano, Op. 55 by Carl Fruhling is heard on this recording, as well as the Allegro Appassionato in C-sharp minor for viola and piano, Op. 34 by the Frenchman Henry Busser and the Trio Op. 3 bearing the title 'Prelude, Recitatif et Variations' by his compatriot Maurice Durufle.
