November 2024 is the 40th Anniversary of the release of 'You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)', which was the lead single on their 1985 CBS Records album, "Youthquake". • This Limited Edition 7" vinyl picture disc celebrates the anniversary. • The single became a UK #1 hit in March 1985, and was, notably, also the first UK #1 for the record production team Stock Aitken Waterman. • 'You Spin Me Round...' reached #11 on the Billboard Hot 100 in August 1985, becoming their highest-charting US single release. • The single also reached #1 in Ireland, Germany, Canada and Switzerland, #2 in Italy, peaked at #3 in Australia and Belgium and #4 in The Netherlands.
